Senior Finance Manager - Financial Accounts

n I am supporting a leading global insurance group who are hiring a Finance Manager to join the London team. The role focusses on the EMEA region in a fast-paced, growing business at a genuinely exciting point in their journey. \Production and review of monthly management accounts and reporting packs. \Partnering with regional finance teams across Europe to analyse financial performance and key business metrics. \Assisting with the production of statutory accounts and group reporting requirements. \Driving finance transformation, process improvement and systems enhancement initiatives. \Supporting internal controls, governance and SOX readiness projects. \Producing ad-hoc financial analysis to support commercial decision-making. \Managing and developing junior members of the finance team. \n To be successful in this role, you will be a qualified accountant with strong technical accounting expertise and experience operating within a complex international business environment. \Significant post-qualified finance experience. \Experience of group reporting, management accounting and financial planning processes. \Experience working across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions. \Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling capability. \Previous exposure to insurance, financial services or large corporate environments would be advantageous. \Broad exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic projects. \Strong career progression opportunities within a global business. \Collaborative and inclusive working culture. \Flexible and hybrid working arrangements. \Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. \n Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
