The Opportunity

As Senior Finance Manager, you'll play a central role in supporting financial planning, performance reporting and business decision-making across the organisation. Working across a broad stakeholder group, you'll provide meaningful insights that help shape strategy while identifying opportunities to enhance processes, systems and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of key financial planning and reporting activities across the business.
• Partner with finance and operational teams to provide insights on business performance, trends and opportunities.
• Support senior stakeholders with analysis and reporting that drives informed decision-making.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of finance processes, reporting capabilities and systems.
• Play a key role in a range of business improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Deliver ad hoc analysis and support strategic projects as required.

About You

• Qualified Accountant (Big 4/Top 10 trained preferred) with 8+ years' post-qualified experience.
• Strong background in financial reporting, planning, forecasting and business partnering.
• Experience operating within a large, complex or international organisation.
• A confident communicator with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships across a business.
• Commercially minded, curious and solutions-focused.
• Someone who enjoys taking ownership, driving improvements and operating in a fast-paced environment.
