About the RoleEnsure accurate reconciliation of Bill of Lading (BOL) with ATG data, resolve transaction discrepancies, and support process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen internal controls, documentation, and overall operational accuracy. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform reconciliation of Bill of Lading (BOL) with Automatic Tank Gauge (ATG) data, identifying and analyzing variances within the accounting systemInvestigate, troubleshoot, and resolve transaction-related discrepancies and inquiries in a timely mannerCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate corrections and drive resolution of identified issuesAnalyze root causes of discrepancies and communicate findings to support continuous process improvementAssist in enhancing processes, maintaining documentation, and strengthening internal controls to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency .Qualifications Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with advanced Excel experience.4+ years of Experience in Financial ServicesHands on experience on General Ledger (GL) , Journal Entries , Month End closing, Accruals & Provision Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work cross-functionally Experience with Fuel accounting operations and Inventory reconciliation is a plus.
