We are working with a real estate investment firm in Vaughan that is looking to add a Senior Financial Analyst to their corporate team. This is a well-rounded role supporting corporate accounting, reporting, and operations across asset management and holding entities. Good opportunity for someone coming out of public accounting or industry looking to step into a broader role with growth.

Principal Tasks and Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle corporate accounting across multiple entities
• Run month-end close and support forecasting with variance analysis
• Handle bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Own the revenue cycle across asset management entities
• Prepare intercompany billings and reconciliations
• Support financial statements and quarterly reporting packages
• Identify process gaps and help tighten workflows and SOPs
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver clean and timely reporting

Qualifications and Pre-requisites

• Degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• CPA in progress or completed
• 3-5 years experience in corporate accounting, real estate, or public accounting
• Strong handle on full-cycle accounting and month-end
• Advanced Excel, comfortable working with large data sets
• Yardi or similar system is a plus
• Detail-oriented, organized, and takes ownership
• Able to manage multiple priorities and communicate well with stakeholders
