About the RoleAs a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and scaling modern web applications that power enterprise-grade products. You will work closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and leadership teams to create highly performant, reliable, and intuitive user experiences. This role requires strong engineering fundamentals, product thinking, and the ability to take ownership of frontend systems and architecture decisions.

ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance frontend applicationsBuild modern web applications using React.js, TypeScript, and component-driven architectureCollaborate closely with backend teams to integrate APIs, real-time systems, and distributed servicesArchitect reusable frontend components, design systems, and shared librariesOptimize application performance, reliability, scalability, and accessibilityImprove existing frontend architecture through refactoring and technical enhancementsImplement best practices around code quality, testing, security, and maintainabilityContribute to frontend architecture decisions and engineering standardsMentor junior engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharingWork closely with product and design teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

QualificationsStrong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScriptDeep expertise in React.js and modern frontend ecosystemsStrong understanding of component-driven architecture and scalable frontend systemsExperience building responsive, accessible, and cross-browser compatible applicationsExperience integrating REST APIs, WebSockets, SSE, or real-time communication systemsStrong understanding of frontend performance optimization techniquesExperience with Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and modern engineering practices

Required SkillsStrong experience with React.js and TypeScriptStrong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and problem solvingExperience building scalable product or SaaS applicationsExperience with state management (Redux, Zustand, Context API, etc.)Experience designing reusable components and scalable frontend architectureStrong understanding of frontend performance optimization and system designExperience integrating APIs and complex workflowsStrong analytical thinking, debugging skills, and product mindset
