Position Summary We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs across digital and print platforms, ensuring brand consistency and effective communication of ideas. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Graphic Designer will transform concepts into impactful visual assets that support marketing, business, and client objectives while staying current with emerging design trends and best practices.
Core Responsibilities Graphic Design & Branding Develop creative concepts and design solutions for digital and print media. Create marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, case studies, infographics, advertisements, and event materials. Design engaging social media graphics, banners, email creatives, and website assets.
Maintain and strengthen brand consistency across all internal and external communications. Create visually appealing presentations and pitch decks for clients, partners, and leadership. Video Production & Motion Graphics Edit and produce high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, corporate communications, recruitment, training, and social media.
Create motion graphics, animations, explainer videos, and promotional content. Develop video thumbnails, title cards, transitions, and visual effects to enhance audience engagement. Coordinate video shoots, storyboarding, and post-production activities when required.
Optimize video content for multiple platforms including LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, and social media channels. Creative Collaboration Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver impactful visual solutions. Manage projects from concept development through final production.
Present creative concepts and incorporate stakeholder feedback effectively. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
Multimedia & Creative Tools Experience with motion graphics and animation software. Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or similar design platforms. Knowledge of video editing, color correction, audio synchronization, and post-production techniques.
Understanding of typography, layout design, visual hierarchy, and branding principles. Experience designing for both print and digital mediums. Basic knowledge of photography and videography is desirable.
Educational and Technical Skills Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. Relevant certifications in graphic design, animation, video editing, or multimedia production will be considered an advantage. Preferred Skills Software Proficiency: Canva Photoshop Illustrator InDesign After Effects Lightroom Premiere Pro Renewable Energy Systems: Understanding of solar energy systems and their integration into existing infrastructure Experience 5–7 years of professional experience in graphic design, multimedia design, video editing, or a related creative role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across graphic design, branding, motion graphics, and video production. Experience managing multiple creative projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in renewable energy, technology, engineering, infrastructure, or B2B industries is a plus.
Psychosocial Skills /Human Skills/Behavioural Skills Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ideas and run with them from concept to conclusion. Technical understanding of clean energy business processes Exceptional verbal and writing communication skills with superiors, peers, partners, and other stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal skills while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
