About the Opportunity

Driscoll’s is looking for a Senior Integration Developer (Enterprise Integration Developer) with a real passion for innovation and a strong sense of product ownership. Extensive expertise in leading technical teams on projects to integrate multiple systems is a necessity. This senior-level position will assist in various software development functions relating to the area of full lifecycle and large‑scale Enterprise Service, and API‑based solution development.

You will develop global‑scale integration and message‑based solutions utilizing the latest technologies in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. Effective communication with all participating teams and individuals (Spanish and advanced English) is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deliver scalable and maintainable products that delight customers.
• Lead design, implementation, unit testing, performance and monitoring of team solutions.
• Ensure consistent processes and provide technical guidance during business requirements and specifications development phases.
• Actively develop cloud technology skills.
• Develop user stories, work on defects and participate in bug triage.
• Ensure quality through design reviews, code reviews and development of standards.
• Maintain detailed documentation and process flow of all development processes, including troubleshooting instructions.

Candidate Profile

• B.S. degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 5+ years hands‑on experience building production‑scale APIs using Mulesoft, Oracle Integration Cloud, connecting to Fusion ERP and other cloud/on‑prem databases.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud modules (Supply Chain, OM, AP, AR).
• 2+ years’ experience in Oracle Integration Cloud API development.
• Hands‑on experience in HTTP, SFTP, XML Schema and related standards such as REST/JSON, SOAP/WSDL, ODATA, OAUTH.
• Strong experience in testing phases such as smoke, functional, regression, integration and performance for highly structural and complex systems; test case design and execution.
• Familiarity with integration software such as MuleSoft, AWS API Management, Lambda, S3 bucket, and middleware solutions is a plus.
• Experience with relational database concepts, PL/SQL, SQL queries, NoSQL.
• Strong experience in integration of multiple systems, able to debug end‑to‑end integration problems in production.
• Follow company policies and practice while representing Driscoll’s in an ethical, business‑like manner in all interactions with employees, governmental agencies, growers, customers, etc.
• Ensure the security of Driscoll’s confidential and proprietary information and materials.

• Ability to ensure consistent processes and provide technical guidance during business requirements and specifications development phases.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in an extremely dynamic environment, initiating necessary tasks and ensuring complete follow‑up.
• Valid passport and ability to travel internationally without restrictions.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range (estimate) for Senior Integration Developer: $105,930 to $135,590 USD. Driscoll’s offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage for positions working more than 30 hours per week, 401(k) with employer match, profit‑sharing participation, paid sick time, paid vacation, paid personal and family care leave, and a free Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
