About the RoleWe are looking for creative and experienced Senior Interior Designers to join our growing team across multiple locations in India. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of residential interior design, client management, space planning, and project execution.

Location : Pan India - Surat, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Guwahati, Ghaziabad

Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end residential interior design projects.Understand client requirements and translate them into functional and aesthetically appealing designs.Create design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and presentations.Coordinate with clients, vendors, project teams, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality standards.Handle customer escalations and provide effective design solutions.Guide and mentor junior designers when required.Monitor project timelines, budgets, and client satisfaction.

RequirementsMinimum 1-3 years of experience in Residential Interior Design.Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Revit, or similar tools.Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, furnishings, and design trends.Excellent communication and client-facing skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
