Senior Level Structural Engineer

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Structural Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead the design, analysis, and execution of structural projects while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, safe, and cost-effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design and analysis for a variety of projects (commercial, hospitality, themed entertainment, healthcare, mixed use, multi-family residential, and industrial)
• Review and approve drawings, calculations, and specifications
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations
• Conduct site visits and inspections as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required or ability to acquire license
• 7+ years of structural engineering experience in building and foundation design
• Competent in reinforced concrete, reinforced masonry, structural steel, cold-formed steel, and wood design
• Must have working knowledge of design and drafting software (RISA 3d, RISA Floor, & RISA Foundation, ADAPT, Enercalc, REVIT, Autocad)
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
