Role Overview Senior Data Analytics Manager – responsible for owning data analytics delivery underpinning multiple products that define our competitive edge. Serve as strategic partner to engineering, product, and design, provide direction for product success, build data products that measure success and ROI in our payment performance engine. Responsibilities Own the data and analytics strategy for the product vertical, end‑to‑end delivery of insights and data products.
Partner with pillar leaders to set the bar for how data is used in product decision making and measuring the ROI of the payment performance product suite; deliver rigorous measurement methods. Design and maintain clean, cost‑efficient, reliable data pipelines that deliver high data quality and rich data instrumentation. Build and develop a high‑performing team of product data scientists and analytics engineers.
Qualifications Multi‑year experience leading data science, product analytics, and/or data engineering teams. Proven track record implementing measurement systems, experimentation, causal inference, etc. Experience collaborating cross‑functionally with stakeholders, setting roadmaps, prioritizing, and scoping delivery.
AI‑forward mindset and fluency in applying Gen AI in both delivery productivity and analytics product delivery. Background in acceptance, fraud or cost optimisation within payments or financial technology services (optional). Strong analytical skills, data interrogation with SQL/Python, data modelling/engineering, and applied statistics.
Robust understanding of product instrumentation, balancing rigor with cost and quality. #J-18808-Ljbffr
