Lead and manage a team of talent acquisition professionals to achieve business objectives.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and external partners.

Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new talent opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR initiatives.

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in talent acquisition and management, with a minimum of 15 years of experience.

Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Experience working with diverse groups of people, including employees at all levels.

A graduate or postgraduate degree is required.
