Senior Marketing Manager, School of Hospitality Administration
Position Type: Full-Time/Regular

Salary Grade: $72,000.00-$80,000.00 (Grade 48)
Job Overview
The Marketing Manager will develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan for the School of Hospitality Administration, manage the school website, social media outlets, and the Online Hospitality Journal, and develop detailed analytics of digital and social media trends. The manager will collaborate with school leadership on programs and initiatives, assist with recruitment and yield efforts for undergraduate and graduate programs, and foster alumni engagement through outreach and social media.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans.
- Manage the school website, social media, and hospitality journal.
- Create analytics and reports on digital and social media performance.
- Collaborate with leadership on programs and initiatives.
- Assist with recruitment and yield efforts for undergraduate and graduate programs.
- Maintain alumni engagement through outreach and social media.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong communication and organizational skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Three to five years of marketing experience.
- Experience with Google Analytics, WordPress, and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and technical skills.
