Job Title: Senior Mechanical MEP Manager - Mission Critical/Data Center Construction
Location: United States - 75 - 100% Travel Required

We're looking for a Senior Mechanical MEP Manager who thrives in high-stakes, fast-paced environments and has a proven track record leading hyperscale, mission-critical data center construction projects. The Senior Mechanical MEP Manager for Data Centers serves as the leader of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and controls systems across the full project lifecycle. This role is responsible for leading cross-functional teams to influence design, define scope, and align cost, schedule, and constructability during the design and preconstruction phases within a collaborative environment.
You’ll foster a culture of safety, accountability, and high performance- driving alignment across project teams, craft labor, and trade partners. Just as important, you'll build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and partners, bringing teams together to solve problems and deliver results. This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-moving environment delivering high-density, technically complex construction projects for hyperscale data center clients, while helping shape lasting partnerships and Boldt's continued growth in the data center market.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $167,000 - $216,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related fieldrequired(or combo of education/experience)
- 10+ years of experience managing MEP construction on large-scale commercial, industrial, or data center projects.
- 10+ years reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- 10+ years of experience with HVAC, chilled water, fire protection, electrical distribution, and plumbing systems in mission-critical environments.
- 7+ years of experience with construction scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project)
- Experience supporting mission-critical data center MEP projects.
- Knowledge of commissioning, performance validation, and operational testing of MEP systems.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter, comfortable on fast-paced, on‑site construction projects.
- Data Center and General Contractor experience required.
- Experience in CSA (civil, structural, architectural) and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) construction management is a requirement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project & other PM technical tools.
