Role Description

As a Senior Merchandiser at My Almari, you will be responsible for planning, selecting, and purchasing fashion items that align with market demand and our brand vision. Your day-to-day tasks will include analyzing sales trends, negotiating with suppliers, managing inventory levels, coordinating promotional displays, and ensuring the presentation of the products meets brand standards. This full-time role is an on-site position located in Mumbai, where you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and merchandise objectives.

Qualifications

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.Proficient in Sales and Retail strategies with a good understanding of consumer behavior and trends.Strong Marketing skills to contribute to merchandising strategies and promotional campaigns.Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage inventory and sales forecasting.Previous experience in the fashion or luxury retail industry is highly preferred.Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandise, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.Team collaboration skills and ability to work in a dynamic on-site environment.
