Job Description

This position reports to the Engineering Manager and is a Monday‑Friday day shift.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mining/Civil/Mechanical)
• Proficient understanding of engineering principles (soil/rock mechanics, steel design, hydraulics/pump networks, ventilation, conveyors, electricity, economics)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and budgeted accounts

Desired Qualifications

• Professional Engineering License (PE)
• Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
• Understanding of continuous and longwall mining methods
