Your RoleAs a Senior Networks Operations Engineer, you will take ownership of the technical health and performance of live managed services, ensuring stability, security, and continuous improvement across complex customer environments.
You will act as the key technical point of contact during the service lifecycle, working closely with customers, internal teams, and third-party suppliers to manage incidents, assess in-life changes, and drive service optimisation.
Key responsibilities include:Owning end-to-end service performance and ensuring customer outcomes are protectedLeading complex incidents through to resolution, coordinating cross-functional teamsAssessing technical changes, risk, and impact, and communicating clearly to stakeholdersDriving improvements in resilience, performance, and service qualityManaging technical estate risks including capacity, vulnerabilities, and end-of-lifeBuilding strong relationships with customers and partners, influencing through technical expertiseWhat You Need to Succeed
