Role Overview

The Operations Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end intracity logistics operations in Bangalore, ensuring reliable service delivery, operational efficiency and adherence to customer SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

City Operations Management

- Manage end-to-end logistics operations within Bangalore

- Ensure seamless execution of dispatch, routing and delivery processes

- Tech adoption by internal and external stakeholders

SLA & Service Reliability

- Ensure high on-time delivery performance and SLA adherence across all client accounts

- Monitor operational performance and identify areas of improvement

Vendor Coordination

- Work closely with sourcing teams to ensure adequate vehicle availability

- Coordinate with fleet vendors to manage vehicle deployment

Team Leadership

- Lead and manage city operations teams including account managers and operations executives

- Build a high-performance operations culture

Process Optimization

- Improve dispatch planning, route optimization and delivery efficiency

Escalation Management

- Handle critical operational escalations and ensure quick resolution

Experience & Skills

- 6–10 year’s experience in logistics or supply chain operations

- Experience managing city-level logistics operations

- Strong operational planning and problem-solving skills

- Strong leadership and team management skills
