Senior People & HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to Business and Financial Cycle leadership;
• Lead end-to-end Recruitment and Selection processes, ensuring speed, quality and accuracy in hires;
• Support managers on people-related topics such as engagement, development, performance and internal movements;
• Maintain regular alignment with client areas, providing a consultative and close experience;
• Serve as guardian of company policies, processes and guidelines;
• Mediate conflicts, support decision-making and intervene impartially and professionally when necessary;
• Analyze people metrics and translate data into action plans;
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and cross-area communication;
• Switch easily between strategic and operational topics, balancing execution with business perspective.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Communication, Social Work or related fields;
• Postgraduate degree in People Management, Human Development, Organizational Psychology or related fields is desirable;
• Previous experience in generalist HR roles as a Business Partner;
• Basic knowledge of labor legislation;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
• Experience with job posting platforms and resume sourcing tools;
• Availability to work on-site and travel between the office and stores.
