Contract Duration: 6+ to possible 24 Months
We are seeking an experienced Senior Power BI & GCP Data Analytics Consultant to support enterprise analytics, reporting, process intelligence, and Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) initiatives. This contractor will play a critical role in designing scalable data pipelines, developing executive dashboards, implementing KPI frameworks, and operationalizing Statistical Process Control (SPC) reporting across business and technology functions.
- Required Skills
- 5+ years of Systems Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing Power BI solutions.
- 3+ years of experience working within Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Advanced experience with:
- Power BI Desktop
- Power BI Service
- DAX
- Power Query (M)
- SQL
- Data Modeling
- BigQuery
- ETL/ELT Development
- Data Integration and Transformation
- Experience building executive dashboards and enterprise reporting solutions.
- Strong understanding of dimensional modeling and business intelligence best practices.
- Experience working with large-scale datasets and enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Desired Skills:
- Experience supporting Human-in-the-Loop (HITL), AI Operations, Process Intelligence, Automation, or Digital Transformation programs.
- Experience implementing Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodologies.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, or Continuous Improvement frameworks.
- Experience developing KPI scorecards and operational health dashboards.
- Proficiency with:
- Python
- APIs
- Git-based source control
- Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Data Governance and Metadata Management
- Experience with process mining, observability, automation, or workflow analytics platforms.
- Financial services or highly regulated industry experience preferred.
