Job Overview
Raytheon’s Land Air Defense Systems (LADS) Engineering Execution Department is seeking a skilled and motivated Production Integrated Product Team Lead to support the Sentinel Product Line.
The Sentinel Product Line (PL) is part of the Medium Range Air Defense Product Line (MRAD PL) and includes Sentinel, NASAMS, and HAWK programs. The role involves coordinating engineering support across multiple production sites, managing technical issues, and providing a single point of contact for program leadership. The position is onsite in Fullerton, CA.
What You Will Do
- Provide technical oversight and direction for a variety of Sentinel Production efforts.
- Manage engineering support to production activities, including timely resolution of technical issues.
- Collaborate with leads from various functions to support production scope.
- Track status of issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Act as single point of contact for program leadership on engineering support to production.
- Report directly to the Sentinel Office of the Chief Engineer.
- Travel up to 10% of time domestically and internationally.
Qualifications
Required:
- Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience managing cost, schedule, and execution of technical projects.
- Experience in production.
- Program Manager Certification level 6 or ability to obtain within first year.
- Active and transferable Secret U.S. government’issued security clearance.
- U.S. citizenship.
Preferred:
- Earned Value Certification.
- Experience with program risk and opportunity (R&O) process, including revenue and profit recognition.
- Working knowledge of radar operations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to customers and senior leadership.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment.
