Job Details

• Location: Chandler, Arizona
• Job Type: Contract
• Salary: $67.66 - 77.74 per hour
• Work Hours: 8am to 5pm
• Education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and coordinate day-to-day process engineering activities and deliverables for large-scale semiconductor systems.
• Evaluate work products and subcontractor performance to ensure technical accuracy, design intent, and compliance with project requirements.
• Facilitate technical alignment by collaborating seamlessly with globally dispersed shared-work teams, client representatives, and upper management.
• Contribute to project work plans, ensuring all engineering efforts adhere to scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
• Mentor staff and promote an empowered, collaborative, and innovative work environment backed by strong leadership.
