Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer (AI & UX Research) to lead the creation of intuitive, user-centered, and AI-driven digital experiences. This role sits at the intersection of product design, UX research, and emerging AI workflows, with a strong focus on shaping how AI transforms user experiences and design systems.

You will work on designing next-generation interfaces, exploring GenUI patterns, and driving research and experimentation around AI-assisted design and development workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end product experiences that are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with business goals
• Lead and conduct UX research, especially focused on AI-driven workflows and user behavior in AI-powered systems
• Explore and define GenUI (Generative UI) patterns and best practices
• Experiment with and implement AI tools in design workflows (e.g., automation, prototyping, content generation)
• Contribute to and evolve a unified design system ensuring consistency across products
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and AI teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Research and prototype solutions for converting Figma/design mockups into production-ready code using AI
• Continuously evaluate emerging trends in AI, UX, and product design and apply them to improve product experiences
• Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Product Design / UX Design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and UX thinking
• Experience in conducting UX research and usability testing
• Proficiency in tools like Figma (or similar design tools)
• Solid understanding of design systems and scalable UI architecture
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, experimental environment
• Experience working with AI/ML-powered products or features
• Bachelors/master's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Understanding of AI workflows, prompt design, or generative interfaces
• Exposure to GenUI concepts and human-AI interaction design
• Basic knowledge of frontend development (React, HTML/CSS, etc.)
• Experience with design-to-code automation tools or AI-assisted development workflows
• Familiarity with developer handoff and implementation processes
