Pay Rate: $85.00–$93.75/hour (Determined by Experience, Paid Weekly)

Role Overview
BEPC is actively seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our customer's team in South San Francisco, California. This strategic role will lead the definition, governance, and execution of enterprise-wide Patient Consent Management initiatives across a complex healthcare platform ecosystem.
This is not a technical implementation role. Instead, you will serve as the business owner responsible for defining consent management strategy, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, establishing governance frameworks, and ensuring regulatory compliance across patient-facing platforms. You will collaborate closely with business leaders, technology teams, legal, compliance, marketing, and data governance partners to deliver scalable consent management capabilities that support patient engagement and privacy requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the business strategy, governance, and operational execution of the enterprise Consent Management Platform (CMP).
- Define consent management requirements and translate business objectives into scalable operational processes.
- Develop implementation roadmaps, business readiness plans, and deployment milestones.
- Document consent workflows, business rules, data requirements, and integration needs.
- Drive adoption of consent management capabilities across business teams.
Platform Governance
- Partner with CMP vendors and internal technology teams to configure consent workflows, question sets, and data mappings.
- Validate platform functionality through business testing prior to production deployment.
- Establish governance processes for ongoing platform administration, issue escalation, and vendor management.
- Define post-launch operational standards and performance monitoring.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with Product Management, Patient Strategy, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Compliance, Legal, IT, and Data Governance teams.
- Facilitate alignment between business priorities and technical capabilities.
- Lead stakeholder workshops and governance meetings.
- Develop playbooks, documentation, and communication strategies supporting enterprise consent standards.
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure consent workflows comply with applicable healthcare privacy regulations including:
- HIPAA
- CCPA
- State privacy regulations
- Therapeutic area-specific compliance requirements
- Establish audit readiness processes and reporting standards.
- Define governance for consent collection, storage, enforcement, and retention.
Patient Data Strategy
- Partner with Patient Strategy, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Data teams to develop first-party data collection strategies.
- Define standards for consent experiences and data governance.
- Establish SLAs, governance frameworks, escalation paths, and operational procedures supporting enterprise patient consent.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, Strategy, or Operations.
- Experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries.
- Deep understanding of healthcare privacy regulations including HIPAA, CCPA, and state privacy laws.
- Strong process design and operational governance experience.
- Experience mapping business workflows and defining governance standards.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across matrixed organizations.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills with executive and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable leading initiatives in ambiguous and evolving environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing or managing Consent Management Platforms (CMPs).
- Pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Experience supporting patient engagement, patient access, or patient strategy initiatives.
- Experience developing governance across multiple brands or enterprise portfolios.
