Job Details

In this role, you'll spend the majority of your time embedded with client accounts to drive product strategy and execution. The remainder of the role will be dedicated to internal product initiatives that strengthen our overall offering. The Forward Deployed PM will be designing POCs, leveraging agents to build interactive demos, lead onboarding and implementation efforts, refine workflows, and help our customers shape their AI strategy with our product.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background (CS degree, production development experience, hands‑on software product management, etc.)
• Familiarity with LLMs, fine‑tuning, model inference, agents, etc.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in software product management (ideally products for developers, internal tools, etc.)
• Fluent communication of highly technical concepts to all kinds of audiences including the latest AI developments
• Ability to navigate complex customer/technical scenarios and come up with creative solutions
• Past experience client‑facing is a must
• Early startup or founding experience is ideal
