Role Description

You are a seasoned product leader who owns a product area end to end and you'll raise the bar on how we do product.You will join a dynamic and fast paced environment and work cross-functionally to set strategy, make hard prioritization calls, and drive alignment across all teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for a significant product area, including the metrics it moves and the tradeoffs required to move them
• Identify where the largest opportunities and risks sit — often before they're obvious — and build the case for what we should and shouldn't build
• Lead discovery: talk to users, run experiments, interrogate the data, and kill ideas that don't hold up
• Drive alignment among senior stakeholders and external partners where interests conflict, and secure the resourcing decisions your roadmap depends on
• Translate ambiguous business goals into clear requirements, prototypes, and sequenced delivery plans across multiple engineering teams
• Mentor and coach product managers; contribute to hiring, onboarding, and improving team-wide product practices
• Serve as the company's subject matter expert for your domain, internally and with customers

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, including ownership of a product area or product line (not just individual features) in a SaaS environment
• Demonstrated results you can speak to concretely: what you shipped, what it changed, and how you knew
• Track record of setting product direction under ambiguity and getting senior stakeholders to commit to it
• Strong technical fluency — you can hold a credible architecture and tradeoff conversation with engineers without needing a translator
• Comfort with data: you define the metrics, pull the numbers yourself when needed, and know when a result is real
• Experience influencing across functions without formal authority, and a history of mentoring other PMs
• Excellent written and verbal communication; you can write the one-page memo that gets a decision made
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field

Salary Range

$140,000 - $200,000
