Senior Product Manager – Technical, Seller Fees Science & Tech
Selling Partner Services continues to be a high‑growth and strategically important business within the WW Stores organization. The Seller Fees team develops science and tech products that enable a $100B+ global business and raise the bar on the Selling Partners experience.
In this role you will build the AI foundations and agentic architecture needed to reinvent all aspects of Fees Tech with Gen AI. Your work will impact millions of sellers across 23+ worldwide stores and serve as a force multiplier for different Amazon teams to accelerate with Gen AI. The position is based in Seattle, working closely with engineering and science teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Envision and execute large projects from start to finish—including customer problem discovery, data gathering and analysis, designing creative solutions, defining product requirements, and managing technical execution.
- Engage with science, engineering, business stakeholders and customers throughout the entire product lifecycle.
- Manage prioritization and trade‑offs among competing high‑value opportunities.
- Contribute to roadmap and OP1/OP2 planning.
- Own leadership review documents such as PRFAQs, vision documents, and monthly or quarterly business reviews.
A Day in the Life
- Review PRFAQ with senior leaders.
- Define product requirements for a new feature.
- Dive deep into a seller escalation regarding existing functionality.
- Provide updates for a QBR/MBR.
- Analyze data to quantify impact from a recently launched feature.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience with feature delivery and product trade‑offs.
- Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience with end‑to‑end product delivery.
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy for a product.
- Experience managing technical products or online services.
- Experience representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive‑level prioritization and planning.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with analytical tools such as Tableau, QlikView, or QuickSight.
- Experience building and driving adoption of new tools.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity; ability to craft effective prompts and critically evaluate AI‑generated outputs.
- Experience identifying opportunities to integrate AI solutions into products and services to drive business value.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range (Seattle, WA): $151,200.00 – $204,600.00 USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
