A high-growth technology company is seeking a strategic, highly collaborative, and execution-oriented Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead product marketing initiatives across a portfolio of technology and public-sector solutions.
This role will serve as a key bridge between Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Executive Leadership to ensure products are positioned effectively, launched successfully, and differentiated in the market.
The Senior Product Marketing Manager will own product marketing strategy across the product lifecycle—from market research and positioning through commercialization, launch, competitive strategy, and sales enablement. This individual will play an important role in shaping how products are brought to market while translating complex technology into compelling customer value propositions.

Key Responsibilities
- Own product marketing strategy across the product portfolio.
- Develop differentiated positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
- Partner with Product Leadership to influence roadmap decisions using customer, market, and competitive insights.
- Develop messaging frameworks supporting customer acquisition, expansion, retention, and new market entry.
- Ensure consistent messaging across customer-facing channels and internal stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional go-to-market strategy for new product launches, feature releases, market expansions, and strategic initiatives.
- Build commercialization plans aligning Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Executive Leadership.
- Define launch success metrics and monitor adoption, market penetration, and business performance.
- Optimize launch strategies based on customer feedback, market response, and business outcomes.
- Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and commercialization strategies.
Own the strategy and development of sales enablement programs, including:

Partner closely with Sales Leadership and Revenue Operations to improve seller readiness, shorten sales cycles, and increase competitive win rates.
Develop and deliver enablement training that equips customer-facing teams to confidently position the company's solutions.
- Build and maintain a competitive intelligence program.
- Monitor competitors, industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies.
- Conduct customer interviews, market research, and win/loss analyses.
- Deliver actionable competitive insights and market recommendations to Product and Executive Leadership.
- Serve as an internal subject matter expert on market dynamics and customer needs.
Customer & Industry Engagement
- Serve as the voice of the customer throughout product planning and commercialization.
- Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to influence product roadmap priorities.
- Partner with Customer Success to develop customer stories and reference programs.
- Represent the organization at conferences, customer events, webinars, and industry forums.
- Ensure messaging remains aligned with evolving customer, industry, and regulatory priorities.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Act as a central product marketing partner across Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership.
- Lead cross-functional commercialization planning and alignment.
- Influence strategic decisions around pricing, packaging, positioning, segmentation, and market expansion.
- Establish scalable product marketing processes, templates, and best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the continued development of the marketing organization.
Qualifications:
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Go-to-Market Strategy, or related commercial leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise product launches and commercialization initiatives.
- Experience owning positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement strategy.
- Strong understanding of B2B technology buying cycles and enterprise sales motions.
- Experience partnering directly with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling customer messaging.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using customer, market, and business performance data to drive decisions.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills.
- Ability to lead multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Experience marketing B2B technology, AI-enabled solutions, GovTech, EdTech, mobility, or other complex or regulated technology solutions.
- Experience supporting public-sector or similarly complex enterprise customers.
- Experience partnering with Product Management, Revenue Operations, Sales Leadership, and Customer Success.
- Experience developing pricing, packaging, and commercialization strategies.
- Familiarity with competitive intelligence, customer research, and product analytics.
- MBA or other advanced business or marketing degree is a plus.
