Job Description
Responsibilities Manage multiple projects at varying stages of completion, lead project teams completing ongoing work, serve as primary client liaison and promote new projects. Carry primary responsibility for budgeting, scheduling, responsiveness of design solutions, and growth of the client relationship. Manage team assignments within project scope, schedule and budget.
Continue to develop existing client relationships and help to establish new ones. Expected to take an active role in marketing new business through participation in presentations, client interviews, proposal preparation, attendance at local and national healthcare industry conferences and working with in‑house marketing team members. Skills and Competencies Excellent people skills, strong listening and communication, confident in managing a quality process and directing firm resources to meet client goals, proven relationship builder.
Thorough knowledge of architectural practice, and experience in healthcare project types. Strong leadership with emphasis on solution‑driven results and strategic, creative thinking. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam; working knowledge of Revit and other relevant software.
Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree required; a Professional Degree in Architecture and professional registration preferred. 15+ years of experience. Minimum 5 years of extensive healthcare project work experience. Salary & Benefits The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000 annually.
Salary may be impacted by years of experience, specific market sector experience, licensure and/or potential involvement in business development. Individuals working more than 32 hours a week are eligible to participate in benefit programs which include bonuses, profit sharing, 401K contributions, paid time off, continuing education, licensure & professional memberships, and medical, dental, vision, life, and short and long‑term disability programs.
