Senior Project Manager / Programme Manager / Data600 - 650 Inside IR356 Months / Remote We're looking for an exceptional Senior Project Manager to lead a complex, business-critical technology programme within a large, regulated organisation. This role is primarily about strong project and programme delivery - bringing structure, pace and control to multiple workstreams, managing senior stakeholders and ensuring delivery stays firmly on track. The programme has a focus on data retention and information lifecycle management across SAP and Microsoft 365, so previous exposure to data, governance or retention projects would be beneficial.

What you'll be doingLeading multiple concurrent technology and business change workstreamsOwning plans, milestones, dependencies, RAID and governanceDriving delivery across Business, Technology, Legal, Compliance and Governance teamsManaging senior stakeholders and providing clear executive-level reportingProactively identifying and resolving risks, issues and delivery blockersDriving business readiness, process change, adoption and operational handoverSupporting delivery of data retention, archiving and information lifecycle initiativesEnsuring programme deliverables meet governance and regulatory requirementsWhat we're looking forAn accomplished Senior Project Manager with a strong track record delivering complex technology programmesExceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skillsStrong experience managing RAID, dependencies, governance and programme reportingComfortable working across multiple teams and driving accountability for deliveryExperience within large, complex or regulated organisationsSome exposure to data, data governance, information management or data retention programmesExperience with SAP, Microsoft 365/Purview, data archiving or records management would be advantageous, but the priority is finding someone with outstanding project delivery capability who can take ownership and drive the programme forward. 6 Months / Remote600 - 650 Inside IR35Senior Project Manager / Programme Manager / Data
