Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDo you have experience managing properties and construction projects or contractors? This opportunity may be for you! We are seeking a Senior Property Manager to work in the San Juan, Puerto Rico area.Responsibilities:Manage and oversee residential and/or commercial properties.Must be bilingual.Maintain excellent relationships and communication with tenants.Coordinate and supervise maintenance work and property improvements.Ensure the proper condition of exteriors, roofs, landscaping, and other facilities.Handle situations related to electrical work, roofing, and general maintenance.Work closely with contractors and vendors to ensure high-quality work.Evaluate material costs and negotiate pricing effectively.Supervise projects and ensure timelines and budgets are met.Identify opportunities for improvement and provide efficient solutions.Requirements:Previous experience as a Property Manager, Project Manager, or within the contractor/construction industry.Strong knowledge of property maintenance, construction, and building materials.Experience handling electrical, roofing, and general maintenance matters.Strong negotiation skills and experience managing vendors/suppliers.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Ability to work in an organized manner while managing multiple projects.Willingness to learn and grow professionally.Availability to work in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Pay Details: $0.01 per hour
