Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (Civil) to manage cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration for construction projects. The role involves ensuring cost efficiency, accurate quantity take-offs, and effective coordination with project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and detailed cost estimatesConduct quantity take-offs from drawings and specificationsManage project cost planning, budgeting, and forecastingEvaluate and certify contractor bills and vendor paymentsHandle tendering, bidding, and contract administrationMonitor project costs and ensure adherence to budgetIdentify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering optionsCoordinate with site teams, consultants, and contractorsManage variations, claims, and final accounts settlement

Key Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering10-15 years of experience in quantity surveying (civil projects)Strong knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis, and cost controlExperience in contracts and tendering processesProficiency in MS Excel and QS/estimation softwareGood analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

Preferred Profile:Experience in large-scale residential/commercial/infrastructure projectsStrong attention to detail and cost management expertiseAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneously
