Overview
Senior Project Manager opportunity in Dublin, Ireland with AECOM. Lead and deliver rail-related Irish (or UK) infrastructure or rail projects, working with clients and stakeholders including Transport Infrastructure Ireland, Iarnród Éireann and Translink. Based from the Dublin office, you will lead, pursue, develop and execute projects to deliver client programs within established budgets and schedules.
Provide client-side project management support during all stages of the project delivery lifecycle. Work with large, geographically dispersed multidisciplinary design teams on projects at varying stages of development from feasibility to detailed design and construction. Each team member has a development plan to provide a clear pathway to personal development and career progression.
The team provides technical leadership of projects across the infrastructure lifecycle from feasibility through to detailed stage designs.

Responsibilities
- Deliver: Take ownership of and responsibility for the successful delivery of your project.
- Collaborate: Lead a team of multi-disciplinary engineers to deliver integrated designs and build effective relationships with technical teams and Client-side project management, including stakeholder, schedule, and contract management.
- Provide Expertise: Offer technical knowledge and expertise to the design team on all aspects of multi-disciplinary projects, from concept phases to implementation.
- Oversee: Undertake the quality management processes for project activities and outputs.
- Leadership: Be a visible leader and trusted advisor to clients by promoting AECOM’s values internally and externally.
- Quality: Manage the complexities of Transportation projects, working with clients to overcome problems as they arise.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience leading and delivering rail or transportation capital projects, ideally within Ireland or the UK.
- Ability to work with large, dispersed multidisciplinary teams from feasibility through to construction.
- Strong stakeholder, schedule, and contract management skills.
- Client-facing experience and a track record of delivering projects on time and to budget.
- Strong technical expertise across multi-disciplinary design phases.
