The Work (What you’ll be doing & Your Impact)

• Build, maintain, and scale reusable UI components that support a large-scale digital platform used by millions of users worldwide.
• Partner closely with engineers, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate Figma designs into production-ready components and patterns.
• Help evolve and expand an enterprise design system, improving consistency, accessibility, scalability, and developer experience across multiple products and teams.
• Contribute to shared frontend infrastructure by building component libraries and UI foundations that accelerate product development.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions while maintaining a high bar for engineering quality.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and product teams in a fast-moving environment while contributing to shared engineering goals and priorities.

Needed Expertise (What you need to succeed in the role)

• 5+ years of experience building modern web applications with React.
• Strong experience building, maintaining, or contributing to design systems, component libraries, or shared UI platforms.
• Experience translating Figma designs into scalable, production-ready React components.
• Deep understanding of component-driven architecture, frontend scalability, and reusable UI patterns.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver at a fast pace.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills when working with engineers, designers, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience participating in code reviews and maintaining high engineering standards.
