? What You’ll Do:

? Sales & Business Development:• Develop new business opportunities and build strong client relationships• Manage and grow existing accounts to maximize partnerships• Actively network to connect with business partners and jobseekers• Ensure company objectives and sales targets are consistently achieved

? Hiring & Recruitment Scope:• Source and engage top talent through active sourcing and headhunting• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from screening to placement• Coordinate interviews, assess candidates, and provide timely feedback• Lead offer management and salary negotiations• Share market insights to guide clients and candidates• Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
