Senior Reporting Analytics Analyst/Business Analyst IV Contract

Duration: 6 months – can be extended up to 30 months

Location: Alpharetta, GA

Candidate Requirement: Candidates must be able to work on W2 to qualify for this role.

Job Description Write advanced queries and manipulate large amounts of data to create end-to-end comprehensive financial analysis on inbound and outbound domestic and global roaming traffic.

Responsibilities

Gather specific requirements and research criteria

Identify the proper data fields and sources

Write complex queries, using SQL, with the proper criteria, raw data, and applying conditions

Rationalize results, compare to previous trends, draw conclusions, and make recommendations based upon analysis

Create comprehensive and level-appropriate write-up of analysis

Troubleshoot queries of other team members or departments

Qualifications

3+ years Advanced SQL coding (Teradata preferred) required

3-5 years experience with reporting and analysis required

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite required

Strong knowledge of the Data Warehouse required

Knowledge of Tableau Data preferred but not required

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Strong time management skills

Proven project management skills

Ability to work cross‑functionally with various departments within VZW

Ability to work under pressure with strong attention to detail
