Senior SAP S/4HANA MM Consultant to provide day-to-day application management and production support across Materials Management, Procurement, Sourcing, Service Procurement, and Inventory Management.

We are seeking a senior SAP S/4HANA MM Consultant to provide day-to-day application management and production support across Materials Management, Procurement, Sourcing, Service Procurement, and Inventory Management. The consultant will troubleshoot production issues, support business-critical processes, and deliver minor enhancements and continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide production support for SAP S/4HANA MM and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Troubleshoot incidents, defects, interfaces, batch jobs, and service requests, performing root cause analysis and implementing permanent solutions.
• Support purchasing, sourcing, supplier management, contracts, purchase orders, goods receipts, invoice verification, and approval workflows.
• Support direct, indirect, and service procurement, including service entry sheets and framework agreements.
• Support inventory processes including stock movements, transfers, reservations, physical inventory, cycle counting, and reconciliation.
• Support material, vendor, purchasing, source list, and service master data.
• Analyze requirements and support configuration, testing, deployment, releases, and minor enhancements.
• Troubleshoot integrations with FI/CO, SD, PM, EWM/WM, Coupa, Ariba, and other external procurement applications.
• Work with business stakeholders, SAP functional/technical teams, BASIS, integration, and development teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Maintain support documentation and participate in ticket triage, backlog management, change management, and continuous improvement activities.

Required Experience

• 8+ years of SAP MM experience, with strong experience supporting SAP S/4HANA or ECC production environments in an AMS/support capacity.
• Strong functional expertise in SAP MM, Procurement and Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
• Hands-on experience with purchasing, RFQs, sourcing, contracts, POs, service procurement, goods receipt, invoice verification, inventory management, and master data.
• Strong experience with incident/problem management, root cause analysis, configuration analysis, testing, and production support.
• Knowledge of SAP integration with FI/CO, SD, PM and EWM/WM.
• Experience troubleshooting interfaces, IDocs and APIs.
• Strong communication, documentation, business analysis, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within global or enterprise AMS environments.

Nice to Have

• SAP S/4HANA MM/Procurement and SAP Fiori experience.
• Integration experience with Ariba, Coupa, or similar procurement platforms.
• Knowledge of SAP Central Procurement, Guided Buying, Flexible Workflow, MRP, and procurement planning.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, ITIL-based support processes, hypercare, and support transitions.
• ABAP debugging knowledge is an asset.

Location - Calgary

Work Mode - 5 days per week onsite

Duration - 12 months plus extension
