You’ll work closely with product, design and frontend teams to translate ideas into high-quality user experiences that directly impact business outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning features end-to-end, writing clean code and shipping fast in a high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services. Translate product requirements into efficient system design and robust backend logic Optimize systems for speed, reliability, scalability, and security Collaborate closely with frontend engineers to enable seamless API integrations Drive code quality, reusability, and adherence to engineering best practices Troubleshoot issues, improve system performance and ensure high availability Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions and sprint planning Requirements: Strong engineering background with education from Tier I technology schools 1–4 years of experience in backend development Proficiency in building scalable services using Node.js and/or Python; language-agnostic mindset preferred Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and backend architectures Understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL), data modeling and query optimization Experience with system design, performance optimization and scalability best practices Familiarity with caching, messaging queues and asynchronous processing is a plus Knowledge of authentication, authorization and security best practices Strong debugging, problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills
