This is a full-time position based in Pennsylvania, USA . In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in designing and developing the cutting-edge technology that powers our recruitment strategies, helping us to identify and engage with hard-to-find talent more effectively. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $45.00 - $78.00 USD .

Responsibilities * Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions that support our core recruitment business. * Lead the architecture and implementation of new features and systems. * Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications. * Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality and consistency. * Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. * Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software to enhance performance and user experience. * Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the organisation. Qualifications * Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer or in a similar role. * A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience. * Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript. * Extensive experience with software design, architectural patterns, and developing scalable systems. * Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and modern DevOps practices. * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, agile environment. * Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. * Experience with social media platform APIs, data analytics tools, or machine learning would be considered a significant advantage.
