About The Role
We are seeking a highly capable, client‑facing Senior Consultant to lead end‑to‑end digital transformation initiatives within our Solution Design Team. The role is responsible for shaping and delivering technology‑enabled solutions, including AI‑powered applications, that improve how organizations operate.
Responsibilities
- Lead digital transformation initiatives from concept to delivery and close‑out, owning the full project lifecycle.
- Define and oversee solutions across software development, workflow automation, AI‑enabled applications (copilots, chatbots, decision‑support tools), enterprise architecture, KPI frameworks, and analytics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on emerging technologies.
- Develop proposals for new work, including technical scope, AI approach, and pricing.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams of consultants, business analysts, and developers.
- Contribute to the evolution of the Solution Design Team, shaping internal tools, frameworks and reusable assets.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software development, workflow automation, digital transformation, technology advisory, data analytics, enterprise architecture or technical project management.
- Strong technical foundation with ability to operate at a systems level.
- Understanding of how AI can be applied in business contexts.
- Ability to translate business problems into structured technical and AI‑driven solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
- Product‑mindset: ability to think in terms of user value, scalability and reusability.
- Proven ability to lead projects and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Located in the Greater Montreal Area.
Preferred (Additional) Qualifications
- Experience delivering AI‑enabled solutions (e.g., LLM‑based tools, intelligent workflows).
- Exposure to product management or product ownership.
- Experience scoping and pricing work.
- Communication skills in French encouraged.
