Role mission
Deliver high‑impact, user‑centric employee communications that strengthen understanding of company priorities and elevate the global communication experience. Lead the SPICE+ ecosystem and ensure editorial consistency across all employee channels (SPICE+, newsletters, SE News App, and Viva Engage), driving accountability for content quality, performance and best‑in‑class standards.
What will you do?
Editorial Leadership & Content Excellence
- Own the SPICE+ ecosystem end‑to‑end, including governance, evergreen pages, news, auditing, and continuous improvement.
- Lead the global editorial calendar across SPICE+, newsletters, videos and Viva Engage.
- Produce and guide the creation of high‑quality assets (articles, scripts, presentations, visuals).
- Uphold brand, tone‑of‑voice, and editorial standards across all employee comms.
- Role‑model editorial excellence and drive accountability for content quality, performance, and coherence.
Strategic Communications & Campaign Management
- Define and deliver end‑to‑end global campaigns aligned with the Employee Communication Experience principles and Global Communications strategy.
- Translate complex topics into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Ensure communication coherence across platforms and regions, reducing duplication and fragmentation.
- Recommend creative tactics that strengthen engagement and support change management initiatives.
Global Channels Ecosystem & User Experience
- Optimize the global employee communications ecosystem to deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time.
- Partner with Channel Owners and the SE News App editorial lead on channel mix, message sequencing, and distribution strategy.
- Apply audience segmentation to improve relevance while minimizing channel noise.
- Innovate with formats, storytelling, and digital tools to enhance the employee experience.
Advisory, Insights & Continuous Improvement
- Serve as a strategic advisor to business stakeholders, ensuring clarity, relevance, and alignment in all communications.
- Foster transparency, collaboration, and alignment across global communication teams.
- Define and use measurement frameworks to continuously optimize content performance and strategy.
- Lead benchmarking efforts to integrate industry best practices and new trends.
- Lead the employee communications recognition strategy, including content development for award submissions and showcasing outstanding work internally and externally.

What qualifications will make you successful?
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Human Resources or related disciplines.
Language Requirements
Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in Communications, Marketing or Human Resources in global organizations.
- 3+ years working in a global role with multicultural exposure and working in matrix organizations.
- Proven experience driving strategic communication initiatives, managing editorial calendars, and producing multi‑format content.
