Key Responsibilities: • Manage the full recruitment cycle for various roles • Act as a point of contact for managers and candidates • Source and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates • Implement compliance with collective agreements and policies • Attend recruitment events to promote CBC/Radio-Canada

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related discipline • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience • Strong bilingual skills in English and French • Experience with recruitment in digital media or tech • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems like Workday
