iSuite L.L.C. is seeking a qualified professional to join our Human Resources team. iSuite is a business support services organization formed in 2023 that provides business development, estimating, safety, accounting, human resources, information technology, marketing, and training services to clients within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry. ABOUT THE ROLE iSuite is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in this newly created role. This position is preferably based in Granite City, IL; however, strong candidates may also be considered in Chesterfield, MO, Nashville, TN, Charlotte, NC, or Raleigh, NC.
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will serve as a strategic recruiting partner to senior leadership and hiring managers across the organization and lead full‑cycle recruitment efforts for director‑level, executive, and other critical positions, while helping to strengthen the company’s overall talent acquisition strategy. Serve as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders, providing market intelligence, recruiting expertise, and guidance throughout the hiring process.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and attract top talent, including passive candidates in competitive markets. Build and maintain talent pipelines and professional networks to support current and future hiring needs. Partner with hiring leaders to define role requirements, develop hiring strategies, and create compelling candidate value propositions.
Own candidate assessment, compensation analysis, offer negotiations, and successful candidate closings. Deliver a high‑touch, professional candidate experience that strengthens the company’s employer brand and reputation in the marketplace. Reduce reliance on external search firms by developing internal recruiting capabilities and proactively sourcing high‑quality talent.
Provide day‑to‑day coaching, guidance, and support to Talent Acquisition team members, helping drive consistency, capability, and recruiting effectiveness. Collaborate with HR and business leaders on workforce planning, succession planning, organizational growth initiatives, and evolving talent needs. Monitor recruiting metrics, labor market trends, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and stronger hiring outcomes.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruiting standards while maintaining accurate candidate data and reporting within the applicant tracking system. Partner with hiring managers to develop and maintain job descriptions, hiring profiles, and recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives. Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of recruiting processes, tools, technologies, and best practices to improve efficiency, scalability, and hiring outcomes.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 7 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including corporate recruiting, agency recruiting, or a combination of both required. Experience recruiting for director‑level, executive, highly technical, engineering, construction, manufacturing, industrial, or industry‑adjacent positions strongly preferred.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing, attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent in competitive markets. Experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers on talent acquisition strategy, workforce planning, and hiring decisions required. Strong experience developing and executing sourcing strategies across multiple channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, industry associations, and passive candidate outreach.
Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), candidate relationship management tools, and sourcing platforms; experience with iCIMS or similar ATS platforms preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage compensation analysis, candidate negotiations, offer presentations, and candidate closings for professional, leadership, and executive‑level positions. Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, employment laws, interviewing techniques, selection methodologies, and candidate assessment practices.
Experience analyzing recruiting metrics, talent market trends, and workforce data to drive hiring decisions and process improvements preferred. Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high‑quality results in a fast‑paced, rapidly evolving environment. Strong communication, relationship‑building, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively influence hiring managers, candidates, and senior leadership.
High level of organization, attention to detail, professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment. Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly understand organizational structures, business needs, technical requirements, and leadership competencies across a variety of functions. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruiting technologies required.
Ability to travel occasionally to support recruiting initiatives, leadership hiring, career fairs, and multi‑location operations. Must maintain a valid driver’s license. Must demonstrate behaviors aligned with IMI’s core values and commitment to operational excellence, collaboration, and safety.
