The Senior Vice President, Service Delivery serves a key role on the Provider Operations Leadership Team. The position provides direction, leadership and management to a Zone Provider Operations team with direct reports comprised of Vice Presidents. Senior Vice President, Service Delivery is responsible for delivering world class service while delivering on financial commitments within a culture that is consistent with the values of Datavant.
This position will have full P&L responsibility including service delivery, productivity, employee engagement, account management, and strategic planning.
You will:
- Lead all aspects of Provider Centralized Service Delivery Operations
- Manage new business implantations, work forecasts, people hiring and team
- Establish and execute new processes for increase efficiencies
- Build and develop a high-performing leadership team, including multiple Vice Presidents and their teams
- Ensure excellent client service and retention through operational rigor, management, and continuous improvementPartner with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Product, Finance, Transformation) to evolve and scale service delivery models, including automation and offshore expansion
- Monitor teams performance using KPIs and scorecards, drive accountability, and implement performance plans to address underperformance
- Create a culture of high engagement, transparency, and accountability—one that reflects Datavant’s values
- Regularly engage with senior client stakeholders (including C-suite) to foster trusted relationships and enable joint successChampion security, compliance, and patient privacy in all aspects of service delivery
- Represent Datavant in industry forums and regulatory discussions as a thought leader in ROI services
What you will bring to the table:
- 15+ years in healthcare operations, health information management (HIM), ROI services, or related fields
- 10+ years in executive leadership, including oversight of large teams (2,000+), direct reports, and multi-site delivery
- Deep understanding of Provider environments, compliance regulations (e.g., HIPAA), and healthcare workflows
- Demonstrated strength in management and delivering high-value service outcomes
- Expertise in developing and executing organizational strategies and leading transformation at scale
- Proficiency with operational KPIs and continuous improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Collaborative leadership style with ability to influence cross-functionally and align teams toward shared outcomes
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred

The estimated total cash compensation range for this role is: $240,000—$300,000 USD
