Senior Web Developer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of database design and problem‑solving
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and best practices
• Fluent in English (written and verbal); CV must be in English
• Experience with open source web development (at least one year)
• Solid project‑level experience with an open source CMS platform such as WordPress, Magento, Joomla, Drupal, etc.
• Proficiency in web‑based programming languages and mobile application development (React Native acceptable)
• Experience with Node.js, cloud platforms, and LAMP environments
• Object‑oriented and procedural programming methodologies
• Familiarity with CSS frameworks, Git (or other version control), and package managers such as NPM, Yarn, Gulp, Grunt
• Experience with e‑commerce solutions and best practices

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and participate in programming, implementation, testing, and support of web‑based projects using the LAMP stack
• Develop and produce web applications, websites, and data‑driven mobile applications with the latest technology and software solutions
• Consult with customers and the account team to ensure effective use of Internet‑based technologies for enterprise business applications
• Debug and troubleshoot mobile and open source platforms
• Balance a high volume of projects (approx. 60 per year) with variety and no two days the same
• Work with selected frameworks based on project requirements

• 60% website maintenance and debugging
• 35% building new functionalities
• 5% consulting with other team members
