Service Administrator
Acts as an extension of senior management ensuring a positive customer experience while being the representative of senior management to others. Provides administrative support and performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, overseeing visitors, routing callers and answering questions and requests.
We are looking for a talented Service Administrator to join our Distribution business in Fresno, CA.
100% Onsite

Acts as an extension of senior management ensuring a positive customer experience while being the representative of senior management to others
Provides administrative support including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, overseeing visitors, routing callers and answering questions and requests
Anticipates the needs of senior management and manages schedules, travel arrangements, and expense reports
Gathers, compiles, verifies and analyzes information for use in memos, letters, reports, presentations and other communications
Facilitates smooth communication between senior management, coworkers, and external parties such as customers, vendors, and the public
Maintains the security and confidentiality of management records and files
Prepares documents, presentation materials, and meeting notes; screens and responds to correspondence and inquiries
Monitors and reviews expenditures to ensure activities align with established budgets

In order to be successful in this role you will need the following:
Ability to anticipate the needs of senior management and prioritize effectively
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders
Experience preparing reports, presentations, and official correspondence
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
Strong organizational skills with the ability to perform multiple tasks using independent judgment
Ability to support and serve as a resource for colleagues with less experience

Demonstrates strong support for leadership while promoting a culture of teamwork and safety.
Education, Licenses, Certifications: High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. Experience: Significant work experience and in-depth knowledge obtained through specialized training and relevant experience.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
