SERVICE CHARGE ACCOUNTS MANAGERTrinity Estates • £Competitive, aligned to experience • Hybrid (Hemel Hempstead or Manchester)ROLE OVERVIEWWe need a Service Charge Accounts Manager who can lead a high-performing accounting team and take ownership of service charge financial delivery across a complex residential portfolio.This role combines technical accounting expertise with leadership, operational control and continuous improvement.
