Service Delivery Manager

We are currently partnering with a leading Irish provider ofend-to-end logistics, warehousing and in-market services to recruit aService Delivery Manager for their Kilkenny operation. This is a strategic leadership role offering the opportunity to transform a high-performing site into a future-ready logistics hub. You will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, enabling commercial growth and delivering long-term site evolution aligned to ambitious business goals.

The Role As Service Delivery Manager, you will lead the strategic redesign and evolution of the site, ensuring it is optimised for future growth, efficiency and scalability.

You will drive improvements across warehouse operations, transport planning and overall service delivery, while aligning local performance with wider network standards. Key Responsibilities Strategic Evolution & Redesign Lead the redesign of site processes, including warehouse flow and transport optimisation Develop and implement long-term capacity and scalability plans Ensure alignment with broader operational standards across the network Commercial Growth & Client Strategy Partner with commercial teams to identify and developnew business opportunities Design operational solutions to supporthigh-value client onboarding Identify and resolve root causes of service issues impacting performance and growth Drive a shift towardsefficiency-led, sustainable operations Operational Excellence ImplementLean methodologies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste Strengthen compliance acrossHPRA, food safety, transport and EHS standards Introducerobust, system-driven controls to improve governance Develop KPIs to measure site performance, scalability and commercial impact Leadership & Change Management Lead cultural transformation towards a modern, strategic logistics environment Coach and develop a high-performing leadership team Enable site managers to operate effectively with autonomy and accountability Foster a positive, values-led workplace culture About You We are seeking an experienced logistics leader with a strong strategic mindset and a passion for operational excellence.
