As the leading recruitment agencies, Adecco is currently supporting a global leader in machinery and automation solutions for the concrete products industry, as Service Engineer that will be placed in Jakarta. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESTechnical Service & CommissioningInstallation and commissioning of concrete production equipmentPreventive maintenance and inspection activitiesTroubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systemsOptimization of machine performance and production processesCustomer SupportProvide technical training to customer teamsSupport customers with operational improvementsMaintain high service standards and customer satisfactionDocumentation & ReportingPrepare detailed service reports after site visitsDocument technical issues and corrective actionsCoordinate with headquarters for technical support casesInternal CollaborationWork closely with engineering teams in GermanyProvide feedback to improve product performanceSupport spare parts identification and service planning QUALIFICATIONSEducationDiploma or Bachelor’s Degree in: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or equivalent technical backgroundMinimum 3–5 years of experience in industrial machinery serviceExperience in concrete, precast, or heavy industry preferredExperience with commissioning of automated systems is an advantageTechnical SkillsStrong mechanical troubleshooting skillsKnowledge of PLC systems (Siemens preferred)Experience with hydraulics and pneumaticsAbility to read mechanical and electrical drawings
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTSFluent in Bahasa IndonesiaGood English communication skillsGerman is an advantage
