Service Manager - Food Service Equipment

Role Description The Service Manager – Food Service Equipment is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role oversees service operations for commercial kitchen and food service equipment, including installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and breakdown resolution. The Service Manager handles revenue side of service business with the help of multiple sales teams in the Company.

Qualifications

• Technical and equipment expertise: Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen and food service equipment, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical components.
• Customer relationship and communication: Ability to manage client relationships and enhance revenue.
• Education: Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline (or equivalent technical qualification) preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience in service management or senior service roles in food service equipment, HVAC, or related industrial equipment is highly beneficial.
• Other competencies: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, team leadership skills, and readiness to travel to client sites as needed.
