What You'll Do
- Inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy equipment.
- Perform repairs according to manufacturer standards and company procedures.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Complete work accurately, safely, and efficiently.
- Document repairs and maintenance performed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work collaboratively with the service team to meet customer expectations.
- Deliver a level of workmanship and service that reflects Parman's commitment to TOCS.

Level 1 Requirements - Learn The Trade
- Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Related experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
- Professional conduct demonstrated daily.
- Valid driver's license with an MVR that meets company insurability standards.
- Personal inventory of tools preferred.
- Ability to pass a post-offer Physical Abilities Test.
In addition to meeting Level 1 qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of technician experience in a heavy equipment or agricultural dealership environment.
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair equipment with minimal supervision.
- Strong commitment to supporting customers and collaborating with the service team.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to prioritize workload effectively.
In addition to meeting Level 2 qualifications:
- Minimum of five years of technician experience in a heavy equipment or agricultural dealership environment.
- OEM training certifications.
- Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities across multiple equipment systems.
- Ability to mentor less experienced technicians and serve as a technical resource for the team.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality repairs while maintaining productivity goals.
